Card payments are handled on our processor's secure hosted page — your card details are never entered on this website. To keep that page reserved for clients, it opens with your client payment code.
It's the client payment code we gave you. Capital letters and spaces don't matter.
Why the extra step? Open payment pages get used by fraudsters to test stolen card numbers. The code keeps ours for clients only. Don't have it handy? Ask us — it takes a minute.
